Hello everyone! I decide to join this forum because I wanted to learn more about golf. I haven't played golf in a while but I use to play with my ex boyfriend's mother and walking the course always gave me a workout. LOL! My fiancé and I are doing a little playing on the weekends. I will see how long we keep it up because we took up tennis too and we abandon that game. This seems like a really nice forum and I hope I can add to the forum.

I've tried to get my wife out to play, but she's just not into it. I think it's pretty cool that you are going to play with your fiance.

And the best way to get exercise playing golf is to walk the course after filling your golf bag with beer. :)

LOL, I don't think so about the beer. Yeah, I don't mind because it's not like I'm doing anything else. But, I'm a pretty compromising person so I tend to go with the flow because he participate in some of my activities.

Hey everybody.

Another new member here, except I'm North of the border :p

You'd be surprised at how nice the golf courses here in Cananda are. Some of the most beutiful come from the west coast, Prince Edward Island, and such...

Newbie here as well. I got into golf to "bond" with my step-dad. :D I have kept up with it over the years, I love the quiet and the chance it gives to get away. i just moved to Oregon from Texas and the courses here are absolutely gorgeous!
