All around help - great resource

One of the best books you can get on golf is Harvey Penick'S Little Red Book : Lessons And Teachings From A Lifetime In Golf . It includes all kinds of tips and tricks to help different aspects of your game. It's helped me lessen my slice (not completely cured, as anyone who has played with me can tell you).

Harvey was a golf pro in Texas who has taught/helped dozens of professio0nal golfers, past and present.

I highly recommend this book.

same here.Harvery was a great teacher.he also has a line of clubs.i own a set and their pretty good.not the best quality but very good quality.(custom made)

Well, I probably need to pick up this book because I'm a beginner. Do Mr. Penick teach classes or private lessons. Are his golf clubs reasonable or expensive?

Not sure about the clubs, as I have never seen any.

Harvey passed away several years ago, so he no longer gives lessons. But I've found tons of great little tips and tricks int he book.

I need to add this book to my favorites over at amazon because I never picked up the book. I'm going to do a search because I would like to know more about his golf clubs.
