I just went to my friends putting green and everything was short. Now i know it was only 1 time and i need to put more strength into it, but does any one have any more advice?

If they're all coming up short, you might need to follow through better. I tend to come up short if I'm not following through all the way.

I get real frustrated when I make it to the green in 2, then 3 putt my way off on a par 4...

Putting may be my biggest weakness on the course.

I'm working on my putting, too. I'm putting too weak or too strong. I just need to find a middle ground.
