Constant Construction

I've played this course a few times, and each time I'm out there, they are doing construction. The first time, they were working on the green for 14. Next time, it was the green for 18 (which was MAJOR construction). The last time I was out there, they were doing construction on the tee box for hole 7.

What gives?? Are they under new ownership and doing some repairs or are they just trying to do some needed renovations??

I've played there several times in last couple of months and I have not noticed any construction so maybe they are done for now. The course is good with very nice greens and some challenging holes. This is one of my favorite courses in the area. The staff is very friendly. I've wondered though if they have new management because I've noticed some subtle changes here and there.
